The first American tank to see combat in World War II, the M3 Stuart was designed as an upgraded version of the now obsolete M2 medium tank. Delivered to the UK and her Commonwealth nations in 1940 under the lend-lease act, the Stuart would soon go to war with American crews as well, and would be depolyed throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Far East. Though declared obsolete in 1943, many would continue to serve till the end of the war.

A good, go anywhere tank. Very well suited to desert warfare because of it's engine(radials are very redundant in design) and it's light weight.
A good light tank. Not for use against tanks, but rather against infantry and light armored vehicles.
